Compensation for a delayed flight
For arrival delays of 3 hours or more you can obtain compensation from €250 to €600.
Check your flightArt. 6 of EC Regulation 261/2004 and the case law of the EU Court of Justice grant compensation when the delay on arrival is at least 3 hours.
You are also entitled to care (meals, refreshments, accommodation if needed) and reimbursement of reasonable documented expenses.

HOW MUCH YOU CAN CLAIM
The financial compensation (Art. 7, EC Regulation 261/2004) depends on the flight distance.
