How much does the service cost?

The assessment is free and you pay no upfront fee: the firm advances the costs of the procedure. If the airline pays without court proceedings, the firm retains a percentage of the amount recovered, agreed in writing and stated in the mandate before you sign it. If court proceedings are necessary, the firm retains nothing on your compensation and legal costs are borne by the losing airline (Art. 91 of the Italian Code of Civil Procedure). If the case is unsuccessful you owe nothing, neither fees nor costs.

What is the deadline to file a claim?

In Italy the right generally expires 2 years after the flight date. It is best to act as soon as possible.
