How much does the service cost?
The assessment is free and you pay nothing upfront: the costs of the procedure — stamp duty, court filing fees, out-of-pocket costs — are borne by the firm. The firm retains nothing from the sums awarded to the client: the compensation is credited to you in full, whether the airline pays without court proceedings or court proceedings are necessary. In court, legal costs are borne by the losing airline (Art. 91 of the Italian Code of Civil Procedure). If the case is unsuccessful you owe nothing, neither fees nor costs. Simply filling in the form involves no cost and no obligation.
What is the deadline to file a claim?
In Italy the right generally expires 2 years after the flight date. It is best to act as soon as possible.
